This is a crispy omelette filled with leeks and egg as a base. With this, you can choose from, minced chicken, minced beef or vegetarian. Our martabak telor is expertly made by NOT using spring roll sheets but by making your own sheet using a special technique where you 'flip' a wafer-thin sheet from a ball of dough.
