Martabak from The Martabak House is pure experience. Our authentic eye-catching martabak and Indonesian street food set the tone and preparation of genuine, honest food in place. We have made our hobby our job. From Groningen to Maastricht, our own couriers drive around 3,000 km weekly with our authentic street food. We take unlimited pleasure in our work and genuinely enjoy cooking and baking for your guests, we love our job!
Martabak
What is martabak manis? A thick pancake garnished with all kinds of sweets just like sprinkles, Toblerone, Oreo, ETC. The classic is filled with toasted nuts, sprinkles and sesame topped with condensed milk. We have been so creative to create all kinds of flavours. To make this possible, we import our ingredients directly from our trusted supplier in Jakarta, we also choose our ingredients carefully.We do this to keep the quality of the martabak as high as in Indonesia.We also have a savoury variant, the martabak telor. This is a crispy omelette filled with leeks and egg as a base. With this, you can choose from, minced chicken, minced beef or vegetarian. Our martabak telor is expertly made by NOT using spring roll sheets but by making your own sheet using a special technique where you 'flip' a wafer-thin sheet from a ball of dough.

We deliver every Saturday between 08.00-19.00 throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.
🇳🇱 Minimum order is 35 euro + 4.95 delivery charge, free delivery from 75 euro.
🇧🇪 Minimum order is 50 euro + 5.95 delivery charge, free delivery from 100 euro.
You can order until Thursday 20:00 if there is still room for delivery.WE COOK & DELIVER.We prepare the meals fresh, without unnecessary additives, and deliver anywhere. You will receive an SMS on Friday with the expected time of your delivery. We work with a 1-hour time slot.READY TO EAT.Our meals are fully cooked (unless otherwise indicated) and ready to reheat in the microwave.Bakso is not delivered fully frozen unless indicated .
